Hello folks. Back with a new post. And basically I just need your advice on this particular thing now. So the thing is that I'm currently preparing for my exams and I have my attempt in the coming June. So I really need to double up the pace right now. And the thing is that I can study like in the morning. I cover up at least six to 7 hours of studying in the morning. And the thing is that I used to study at night

So you go help her and your mother or your people call you out to just help them. And you get bounded by the responsibilities. But at night nobody's awake. So it's just you and your books and your goals you have to follow. So I would rather recommend you to take caffeine and you'll have to change your biological clock. What I did is I started about seven in the evening. And I used to stay away for like 530 or seven

Hey, Vartika, first of all, a very big thank you that you replied. And Secondly, I would say that your suggestion won't help me because I have at least like three to four cups of coffee in a day. And I think the caffeine intake is, like on point. So I just feel that it's just the second part where you said the biological thing, I should cycle, which I should change. So I think I should do that. I so yeah. Thank you
