That is all that I've been up to today and I just thought if you're out there, you're laid off, I encourage you to do something different. The next thing that I probably will do is start doing video interviews with people, helping them set up their 32nd elevator pitch and putting them out on LinkedIn and just bumping people up. But it's a huge, huge challenge. And I do think that those companies that I saw over the past 20 years that did embrace agile, it's no surprise to me that they are the more successful companies today. So keep your attitude. And I've gotten laid off before, so I know what that's like
