What is the agile?

One example of this is if you think back just a year ago, there were things in Facebook Messenger that you couldn't do. Right now, Facebook Messenger allows you to create groups from groups and have group chat that did not exist. The minimum viable product for Facebook Messenger was just the ability to message one person at a time. Then you could have multiple people in a message

Hey, Charlotte. I just wanted to shout out gratitude here because I love this. Well, I love your series, I love learning. And your comment about this perception of sort of hard versus soft skills in a way is so compelling to me. What do people do who are in like, this space of assessing what MVP is and how you can tweak it to make it ready for the world and the first time? I'm an English major, I'm a liberal arts person

And I feel like this kind of plays a role in what you were explaining when it came to Facebook and stuff. But again, thank you for this post, and I really appreciate it. You have a good day. Bye

Thank you for the question. I am actually familiar with software development primarily because I have done some coding in the past. Mainly HTML and CSS type stuff, little JavaScript here and there. My real role is in working with software developers to make sure that all of that gets built out. I have people that are what they call full stack developers. I've worked with full stack developers

They get bought out by a major company, and then they sit back on fat paychecks and work on the next thing. So that's a great thing to do. It's been great talking to you

Your comment reminded me about the premise of X Prize, which is to tell a bunch of people around the world that they have a problem and they want these people to solve it. And they don't give them any direction. They just say, if you do, you're going to make a bunch of money. And I just love the premise of X Prize because it's a little competition for the purse, but it gets people to do anything in any way they possibly can to solve an issue

Hey, this is a great topic. I remember when I transitioned from the bedside in nursing to leadership and receiving comments from people such as, oh, so you're not a real nurse anymore. Or if I was in a situation where I needed to help my A team at the bedside with the patient, then I would get the comment of, oh, so you're being a real nurse today. And I would think wait
