Employees, customers, any type of partners that you have. And then you want to write down what are the top five things that you want, or what are those type five things that they want from you. Place them in order, prioritize them, and then choose one of those things to tackle each quarter of 2023. It's a pretty powerful way of projecting out what you want to do
