It's time for HR companies, in my opinion, HR departments, in my opinion, to stand up for the worker and not the corporation, because in doing so, you might save your corporation time, money, and oh, your job, because the HR department is usually the first department to suffer a loss when something like this comes up. Review HR policies and make sure that you are not forcing employees to work or to not be paid when they should be working. There we go
