Maybe they are mental or even subconscious. Reflect on these moments. Look back at the end of the week and check the patterns which emerge. I would love to listen to all those patterns that you have come up with. And this is how we practice being aware. This is how we practice identifying the patterns. You layer by layer, slowly and so clearly. You have explained everything about our mental state, about the disturbances we feel time to time, and many times we are not able to understand why this is happening. You. Disturbances will always be there, whether in any form. And to be able to become immune to them. And like you very rightly said, riding the wave of disturbance. I think that is the best form of wisdom. And I would say a level of enlightenment where you know that things are there, challenges are there, but you are accepting of them. And you are able to ignore them to an extent that you can maintain your peace and stability, harmony and happiness
