Fitness Blender Suggestion!
I started going to the gym, so I stopped using Fitness Blender as much, even though I still incorporated, like, a lot of the strength training exercises into my own routine. So I definitely think it was still useful in that sense. But the reason why I love Fitness Blender is because for the first thing, their YouTube titles aren't you. The titles and their thumbnails aren't misleading and they don't put you down

Thanks for the suggestion. This sounds really helpful. I like how the thinness blender is more positive and like actually motivates you to do better rather than like, put you down, which is definitely not a good thing, especially when you don't know working it is like hard and you have to have the strength to keep going. So that's really helpful. I want to start doing that because I'm very inactive. I like lay on a bed and then sit on my computer to work
