The only way out is through ❤️

The point is that when that happens, it's even more confusing because you're like, everything is going so perfect, and how am I feeling this shitty. And that's not okay. And I think what changed? What now helps me get through that, or getting through a mentally. I'm talking about mentally hard times. Not like, I guess, financially hard times, because you can't think your way out of that

So I just sort of came to realize that the only way out is through and resistance to our feelings, bad or good, which is also something that happens, you know, because you are like, I can't let myself enjoy the good things because when. I don't know when we'll go downhill. But the thing is, when you resist feelings, resist feeling those feelings entirely, it honestly just makes everything harder

But at that moment we must understand the value of ourselves and we should definitely do something for that. And we should try to evolve ourselves. And definitely that is the time when you can get your different version. And many times you are restless so that you could get something new from yourself. So approach should be right kind and just give direction to your life. And these things can be very helpful for everyone. And definitely everyone must understand that mental health matters a lot

Short stories and poems, poetry and whatever else that I could write about. But this is a story. This is one of my main stories, and I'm trying to get it together. I've been working on it for years. But I just wanted to let you know that you're not alone in this thing here. So many people, women in general, I'm speaking of. Since I write about black women in general

Yeah, I think I totally agree with you. The only way out is through. So whenever we are experiencing anything. So instead of just walking right behind it, past it, next to it, just walk through it. Right? Like on it, over it, within it. And that's the way I think we all can process it. But of course, it's also difficult

You. I really wish that I could just come out of the screen or I could get you to come out of the screen and then just hug you right now. I mean, I feel, like, deeply moved and inspired by your words and just by. Just by hearing how good you are getting your message across with your words like that, I have no doubt you're, like, great at writing and I can't wait for you to publish your books. And I'm not joking here

Wow. And you have no idea that you have made my day, my week, my month, my year, my decade for saying that. See, that's the beauty of words. And more than that, that's the beauty of being able to transcend beyond any boundaries and be still able to make the other person whose face you've not seen, who you've not met, who you don't even know, will you ever meet or not

So it is definitely in my intentions, in my goals, and of course, the message is sent by the divine, and I'm not going to not do it. So someday, definitely, you are going to see a book. And thank you so much. I'm going to send you a personal copy. Thank you so much for motivating me. Seriously. God bless
