To be black or not to be black…question?

To a european world who did not have any part of slavery, just a normal man and woman or family living in a european country who are hearing about this, they're not hearing about african people. They're hearing about black people. That's the difference, the mentality that states, well, it's okay to enslave black people, because the africans, what they are people. We can't enslave people, but we can dehumanize people

It really wasn't offensive. It was what we call today maybe Spanglish or our broken English. And he was trying to convey to us that it was nothing to be ashamed of. Africans didn't name Africa. There were some real prominent people that had Africa in their name. Like one of the greatest generals of all time. He just happened to be greet. Was it greet? I can't remember. Scipio, Africanus. There's millions and millions of Africans now that are white, definitely

It. I'm sorry. I didn't want to leave you like that, but that great. General Scipio. He was Roman. And I believe it was the Romans. Check my notes. I believe it was the Romans that named Africa after a tribe that was named AF Free. And Africa was basically parts of northern, what we call Africa now in Tanzania, and I guess almost 2000 years later, it was actually given a name
