Why did God hide him/herself? Why is faith an important component of Christianity?

article image placeholderIf you were God...
Yesterday, groups of atheists on clubhouse were asking a few questions. One was, Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why? Why did God hide himherself? Why incorporate faith? The standard operating procedure seems to be to describe or list all the reasons why this is a bad idea. While this can help us find some answers to some questions, I think it limits our ability to have a Fuller understanding

If you were God or the men who created Christianity, why is faith important? Why should God be hidden? #PlumbPlays #philosophy

I don't have ego. Why does he create stuff in his image? These logic traps, it reminds me of kind of like the logic traps that are set up to control people for an extended period of time, such as the divine right of Kings or the mandate of heaven. You can find in China, or as this one that I call now that we're under the divine and ride a white people. It's weird to me. It's weird to me. It's

I think in every reference that we see of God making appearance within the Bible, it's always been too, as you say, f*** s*** up. And if that's the pattern of behavior, then why is there a belief that he would come back to save if he hasn't done it up until this point, what's it going to take? Right? Yeah, all of that. I like how you discussed the idea of logic traps

I think these are really great questions that you bring up. And I think that each person's individual faith is just so different. So it's really hard to really get into the mind of someone else and really understand what it means for them for a specific type of faith. And I know we talk a lot about our hearts and faith, but it's also in our minds I believe as well, too. So really interesting topic. It's kind of like the development of belief

I said "this message is reserved for the dead and the dying" so many timesπŸ˜…

Plants, animals, fungus, Rivers, mountains, all of it God. And I guess I kind of think that these questions may always be unanswered as far as why all of this is happening and why this is something that is hidden. But something that's come up in my readings often lately is about this being reserved for the dead and the dying. And where that's come up is I've read a couple of books on ayuasca shamanism, and basically the first one was called The Cosmic Serpent
