"Holoportation" Exciting? Disturbing? Or?

And it is mind blowing. How many of you saw or remember a Sci-Fi television show called Continuum where the lead character, Kira, a police officer, has this lens in her eye that allows her to record everything that happens throughout her day and she can rewind it if she wants, but it also allows her to create an overlay of a space that she's moving through

Hey, speaking Plum, thanks for posting this. I had actually seen this news article and I was also very excited by it because I've seen that video basically Microsoft working on this for quite some time. And I've seen other videos of exactly those demos of how it feels like when you have a HoloLens and have somebody right there in the room with you. And to me, that's way more practical and better use of mixed reality than other examples and demos have seen

Hey, Christina. Yes. I think this technology is amazing. A few years back, I started to learn about Microsoft HoloLens. I believe it was from Microsoft. And I was already very excited, especially with long distance relationships. And in that way, two can come together. That was back in the day when I was particularly interested in. But yeah, like, with every new technology, there are both two sides of the same coin, bad and good
