Rant: The cost of putting off my self care.

article image placeholderNote to self.
And of course, then that means it's going to take me all the longer to get back to where I'm thinking more clearly when I feel more grounded and not so chaotic to where I don't have emotional outbursts over things that normally would roll off my back. And I wouldn't care much about, except that they're probably the annoyances of, like a fly buzzing by. Right

Past Due: A few of the costs that come with autistic burnout. #ActuallyAutistic #autism

Hello, Christina. Listen to your swell three times. Try to get a different facet of what it is that you're talking about. My thoughts are really around this culture that we live in this American culture, and I go back and forth between what is universally human and then what is particular to a specific culture of humans, at least in this culture. It's very litigious, not only in the literal sense, but in the figurative sense

Thank you πŸ™πŸ» @damonnomad

People put on rants or ears or trying to look strong, and they prefer to point the finger and blame someone else for what's going on than to address anything personally that they're doing. And I have a habit of always, no matter what it is, whether it's something I'm doing or something that someone else is doing or a particular system or object, et cetera, is to ask why it does what it does or why it operates the way it does, et cetera

Is the word that you are reaching for called terrain
@SeekingPlumb

Maybe?

Sort of. Maybe I did a search for something that might be close to what I was imagining. And if you since I don't have the rights, I can't share the images here. But if you are super curious and so inclined, if you punch in the words 3D audio spectrum and hit the images, tap on your preferred search engine, it will give you an idea of what I was thinking. It might be disappointing described as terrain. I don't know

:)

I think it is really important to push yourself, but not push yourself to the point where you're hurting yourself. And I think you're doing a great job. And just try not to get so mad at you yourself, okay? You're doing great
