You need a coolant, you need engine oil, you need grease to make sure that all the parts are not running into friction and rubbing against each other and destroying each other. You need these additional liquids to ensure that the engine functions properly. So while a fuel is important, a coolant, engine oil is also important. Right? Engine oil may not burn to produce power, but it is reducing friction to make sure everything functions properly

The role of a Scrum Master in Agilebis often misunderstood. Lets examine what is this role all about and explore its relevance.

And I think it's so true that even the best of the best needs a coach, some sort of a guide who will help them chart out their path ahead. So I think that's where, you know, the role becomes all the more important and relevant. And in today's world, you know, so many roles being replaced by AI, I think there are certain roles which, no matter what, will need a human touch to them

@Aishani

The scrum master need not know how to code or, you know, write tests cases per se, but they should know what the technology is because they are the ones who have their eyes set on the larger picture, the outcome, if you will. So they should be able to support the team in that way. As far as these scrum mastership things concerned, I'll be posting more such well, so look out for it and thanks once again

Hi scrum master. Is the role relevant today? So the answer is in of this question, is your podcast itself? Because every person needs a coach at some given point of time in his or her life. And definitely, you know, when you're doing your work, you are just focused on what you're doing, and you don't realize what's happening around the world or around you
