A piece of advice I would give to my younger self...

I don't know if I have to complete a full five minutes, but I don't know. Drink less. Drink a lot less. Drink a lot more water and a lot less alcohol. Sleep earlier in the evening doesn't have to be 09:00, but 02:00 03:00 in the morning, passing up drunk. That was just dumb. And that was a fairly regular. That wasn't an occasional thing. That was at least weekly. And weekly would have been when I thought I was tapering off

Thank you. Thank you for this. I really appreciate that you participated in this prompt. I feel like this is one of the responses to it that I've heard that is most kind of self reflective and selfaware and real. Not sugar coating things or trying to make it sound very nice or very motivational, but just very real. And I appreciate that candor. So thank you so much for sharing, taking the time to do that with us. And welcome to swell

Hi. I wanted to respond to your swell. A piece of advice I would give my younger self would be to go. To not let fear limit you and just go. I would tell myself to understand that it is not my. My responsibility to take care of everybody else and that it is okay to be selfish in your own life about you. And I will tell myself to go. Go and live your life and be free. Be happy, and happiness is out there

You know, I don't have any problems with the union through a church or through different groups or what have you. But putting the government in charge of a relationship has always really made me raise an eyebrow as to why. And that's probably why neither relationship lasted much longer than ten years. She was probably expecting more. But I've raised two wonderful kids, my niece and my nephew. And, well, I'm still raising my niece
