Sports as the current Opiate of the Masses

I just saw. I'm just signing up. My name is Scott, and I saw that there's a sports group. And so I wanted to toss out the idea that sports are the new opiate of the masses. We don't pay attention to the world. You don't know who your congressman is, but you know who your pitcher and quarterback are. So I don't know that's my 30 seconds for today

I feel Politics have become the Opiate of the masses. 🤔

That's interesting because I disagree. I think politics is the new opioid of the masses. And everyone knows the Republican and Democrat going in for presidency, but they probably don't. No, they are States, congressmen

But I feel like, for the most part, a lot of people I know have been completely burnt out by politics and are doing whatever they can to kind of actively avoid it. And on the flip side, since sports have kind of been returning and people have really realized how much they really missed it. And others who didn't necessarily watch sports before I've noticed, have started taking up a larger interest in them. I don't know. It's really weird

None of it really matters.

Just have your fun now because this s*** show is not going to last that long for us human beings as a collective, at least now, with present technology that we have at our disposal
