Everybody. So, like, I had read this article about how walking and doing physical exercise can relieve stress and obligate more. I didn't really believe it until I started walking. I really experienced that my mood was getting better and I was happier. Somehow there was stress. I mean, there were things, but somehow I didn't have as much moods as I would usually have

You know what makes you real happy exercising? Because, you know, actually exercising releases are happy hormones and people are not aware about it at all. And they then they get obese and they get so frustrated with everything and down and irritable. Actually exercising makes you happy because it generally it's a scientific reason here, not because it releases your happy hormones
