How eating disorders and body dismorphia effects
How she is impressive to the fact that she hasn't had her period in years, how she hasn't felt happiness in months and all she endured was years. She's a devil, she's angry, she's lost trying to blame herself while her anxiety is touching rooftops. What you don't realize is that smiles are disguised. How her world shatters within her, underneath those eyes she's losing friends, distance from family but continues to analyze this tiny frame

Hi Savleen. I'm not sure if this poem is written by you. If it is, Congratulations. You've captured these very subtle but, you know, highly damaging aspects of eating disorders so profoundly. And it really moved me

Thank you so much. Wordsmith It's so disappointing to see how the environment around us has changed and people are trying to fit into body types and body images that are perceived good are perfect around the world. So it was a very important topic and I'm glad more and more people are becoming aware of it
