Reminders of ED recovery

It gives your rational brain a chance to catch up. Your hunger cues, appetite and digestion will normalize as you continue to eat regularly. Recovery bloat will go away. Obsessing over food will go away. Be patient and persist. And finally, you will have bad days in recovery. There will be days when you're not even sure you know what recovery is, let alone if you're achieving it. But that's part of the process and you have to go through it
