Dealing with weight gain

I know weight gain seems scary, but your body is your home and it will always have you. Your body knows what's good for you and your safety. Other people's opinion really don't make any any impact. Manipulating your weight never made or will ever make you happy. Nobody who truly loves you will love you less for growing into your skin. Finally, your weight doesn't define your weight. It's scary, but it doesn't mean you can't do it

Hi Savleen once again I completely agree with you. During the pandemic I actually gained a lot of weight because I was sitting at home and I was actually quite low and I just ended up eating away the pain and I felt really bad in my body, but I was just a natural response to a sad face in my life. But Unfortunately I was not as kind to myself as I should have been

So I completely disagree with you. Op can always be thinner and look much better. All you need to do is exercise on a daily basis and know what to consume

Hi Sharlene I do really agree with you that weight is not a barrier towards achieving your goals and you can do anything and being Shabby doesn't mean that you lack any kind of you know talent or something it just means that you are what you want to be and body positivity is something that we should all be aware of and we should spread it
