You, me and my wife have an amazing relationship. That's what I was told this week from a good friend of mine. So I said to him, do you know that most of the divorces that happen, happen because of lack of communication? I said, how often do you sit down and discuss life with your wife when you tell her about a bad day at work? Do you hide anything from her? Do you keep certain parts of the story out of your mouth?

It doesn't mean you're going to act on it or whatever. And I think that's the thing, it seems counterintuitive because it's like, I don't know what the mainstream has always told us is wrong, but being open about what you do and what you think is just a deeper way of connecting, of placing trust, because I think it creates that, I don't know, it's not a restrictive thing
