Well, yes, I had problem, a lot of problems saying no and yes, with daily emphasis on the saying no. I have come to the point where I am able to say, though it becomes a problem with new people to where to say no, where to build a boundary. But as we come close and gel up, it's easy to identify. But yes, it is really a problem and it is very important to learn to how to say no
