Dad Life #TellYourStory | I learned to laugh at myself when...
I still have trouble making pancakes, but one day, I nailed it perfect. In my opinion, as far as someone who likes to cook for a child. The perfect short stack, child sized pancake. I have a picture of it attached here. Blueberries. Just everything about it would look fantastic. And I thought I nailed it as a dad. And, yeah, she was not impressed. And she didn't eat it, by the way. She did not eat any of it

This is so real. I don't have kids, but I come from a big family with cousins and babies of cousins. And it will never stop surprising me how much effort I can put into, I don't know, creating this great game or like drawing with them and, yeah, cooking for them. And there will always be a moment where one of them is like, yeah, this is bad. And all you have to do is you can't reason with a kid
Yeah, why don't we do that, bro? Why don't we just be more. No, I don't like this. Get it out of my face. And then just unapologetically expect people to live in our church without compromise. How? How do kids nail this and we can't do it as adults?

You. Well, I think that stack looks good. I definitely would have eaten it. Is she old enough to talk? Does she tell you why? Only thing. I would have just moved the blueberries to the side, but I would have eaten it
