Now everybody can see these posts. My whole work team. My coworker chime, my other coworker chimed in. It was a back and forth. And then my boss was reading all the messages and she was like, this conversation needs to stop. What's going on? So that prompted her to have individual meetings with her. I had my one on one meeting with her express how I felt everything. Now, we didn't have a meeting for three weeks

And with that being said, I am very clear with them about my boundaries and respect for my boundaries and how I lead my life. And my off time is priority even when I'm at work. And so if I need to lead, I will go. And if they get to a point where they believe that I'm not a good fit, please let me go. And I'm not saying that the challenge be challenging or difficult
