Corporate culture is so key in M&A. Very interesting question @rohanchopra!

I've seen this play out so many times and that I really think that the culture aspect of business is often overlooked, and if it's not overlooked, it's just ignored. And it is often the number one reason I see for acquisitions and mergers not being successful is because you're trying to either get one team onto another way of thinking or you're trying to keep two cultures alive
