Hi. I'm just getting started on swell. I have to tell you, I started a fitness journey last summer when I discovered that I couldn't walk about an 8th of a mile without stopping three times to catch my breath. It's been tough. My biggest thing is, though, I really don't enjoy exercise except for my martial arts classes. So that's a challenge for me. So if you have any thoughts on that, I'd be interested in hearing them

And before you know it, you will no longer identify with not the type of person that likes exercise. You'll no longer identify with that. You'll be a person that does enjoy exercise. And you feel okay with the type of exercise that you do, especially when it works for you. So hopefully that was helpful
