What Do You Stand For ~ poetry by Slay ~ 4/3 catch-up

You allow that reaction to bring obliging satisfaction when you hear did you hear about I did. Just so sad. I can't believe it. Before moving on to lesser things. More comfortable, no doubt. Is there somewhere deep inside of you, deep down soul deep, that is tortured within by all it holds and cannot stand to shout out? Or am I the only one that doesn't move beyond the screaming injustices that I'm told not to let out?

You. Hi, Renee. Wow, what a powerful poem. Thank you so much for sharing it. I just really love how you were able to capture so many social injustices and things that we endure just living life and put a voice to it. And the way you were able to kind of make it your own. And the rhythm and the cadence of the poem was so great. So thank you so much for posting that. I hope to hear more. Bye

Yay. Thank you so much for the positive feedback. Love it, love it. I tend to get a little nervous when I read them, so your comment about the cadence and the way I read it, that helps. It helps. I appreciate that a lot. Thanks so much for taking the time to post on it as well. And just let me know what you thought about it, because that means everything to me. Thanks again

When one voice is willing to speak truth with no hesitation and no fear, then change really will take place. Thank you so much for this offering. There was so much truth, so much power in these words. And I appreciate you for standing and allowing your voice to be heard. And hear it I did indeed. Beautiful. Amazing

Thank you. Thank you, thank you. And I hope beyond all hope that that change, albeit slowly, makes its way here. And enough voices rise up to say, wait a minute, this is a problem. That it happens. It happens quickly. You so I love you. Thank you

You. Thank you so much. And every time I hear your stuff, and no matter what you post about, it touches me. And I love the placement of words. It puts so much power behind them. So I've got mad respect. And I love, love, love when I get a reaction out of you, because that means I've done well. Thank you so much
