Being in the present moment and really taking in that sunset, that sunrise, that rainy day, that beautiful sunny day at the beach, listening to music without going back through your memory, listening to the sound of birds when you're going for a walk and on a trail or going for a run or a bike ride and keeping your balance while looking over the ocean and seeing the sun shimmering in the water.
