Gratitude over the unexpected

article image placeholderUploaded by @realbriggster
I'm like who's thinking, maybe I dodged a bullet. This is around nine something. I'm literally one stop from my house. The train stops on the platform, just stops. There's no information. We're waiting about 50 minutes. And then they say, all trains are shut down. All every train in New York City that seems impossible, but it's water, right? Water is a force of nature. It's pouring through the ceiling and the train station

Happy Thursday and glad you are safe

And I just also wanted to say that you mentored something about it being an ordinary little thing, you being in your apartment. But how grateful you felt. And it made me think that we as humans. I can only read myself, but I think a lot of us humans, we do. We get on with things every day, and we do take things for granted. I come home every day

Oh, my God. We have been discussing this storm a lot today, and we are all on the West Coast, but feeling you, we've got some folks on the East Coast, and they've been sending us pictures, and it's a crazy time. And you we're in the eye of it. And I'm so happy you are safe. And, yeah, when you're back home and cozy, there's nothing more wonderful about that

Thank you! @NLOFrank

Thank you so much for listening and responding. And yeah, today, you know, it's all is well. But just like you were saying, I think that's the whole thing like just to. There's always these subtle ways to be reminded of how much we could still be thankful for. So thank you so much for your well wishes and Phew dodged that bullet. Everything is okay. Alright. You have a great rest of the week too

Man. Deborah, you said it. You said it sweatshirt and sweatpants. And those little footy side things that have the traction. So you don't flip and just sitting on the beds. I just like peace

Glad you made it through that

One person posted that they were on their way back to New York and took them 3 hours just to get home last night really late, just like you and they were driving. And then I started to see where Rivers went over into roadways. I went to bed last night looking at CNN because I am so in awe of the friends have their basements flooded and I am in awe of what took place Wednesday night. I have no idea what went on, but I'm thankful that you are

Homeless people flooded. Their little tents were flooded, and their little pallet is flooded. Man, I can't even imagine that. So, man, I'm happy for you. And, wow, I hope you're getting rest. I hope you can work from home and make your money, too. I know there's a holistic aspect to your life, and I hope that everything is going smooth for you today. I hope you got some rest last night

@Enfinit Thank you 🙏🏾

And sometimes we don't do that. We find lots of reasons to be unjoyful. So, yeah, it's good to hear from you and hope to hear from you again and have a beautiful evening. Bye

@meelee Thank you 🙏🏾

Unfortunately, now here the numbers of people have died, particularly in New York from basement apartments, because, like, that flash flood. I believe that's a real thing, because that border. I mean, it was so intense the way it was pouring down. So I couldn't imagine that happening. And I'm in some downstairs, like, basement apartment or whatever. So I just thank God that I'm all right. The people I know are seemingly okay

We're quite a long way from there, and we have flood values there, too. But one Sunday, we were at home and my wife was looking out the window. We live in an apartment on the ground floor, but we were raised because there's a car park underneath our car Mark underneath. So we started looking out the window and we have trees outside, and it was like, oh, my God, man. Wow. This is like a tropical storm

Hey, Mark. Thank you. Thank you. And I looked at my world clock. It's the afternoon. It's the afternoon. It's not the evening in the UK. Thank you so much for jumping on are right. You do never know. You do never know. And I love your energy. I could feel that. You said you're generally a gracious person. I could feel that energy. And you're right

A few people died and it's absolutely crazy. But you're right. One of my favorite things, right? Not just because I'm a trainer, but I actually love water. One of the people that love showering always in the shower. If I can swim in water in the Mediterranean, it's nice. I feel like I'm absorbed in the Earth. So anytime I'm completely absorbed in nature, I'm floating around and I love drinking it as life. Right?

Safety???

So it's so odd. But when I see the devastation and then I think, Mark, thanks for sharing that video as well. I watched it and I said, wow, you know what? We are so oblivious to what is going on in the rest of the world
