#LessonsInChemistry | Elizabeth Zott and gender norms

article image placeholderUploaded by @ReadersCreators
It's not like she was the only one, but it's like the story is revolving around her also. Apart from that, she inspired the women around her. She motivated the women around her. She impacted them in a way where she didn't even try to impact them, but just by being herself, just by saying what she felt without thinking of the repercussions of it, without thinking of the consequences of it, she just remained herself. And that impacted a large, large number of women

But after listening to your review of this book I think I would like to read it myself as well and along with my reply I'm going to tag Satyajit who's also an avid reader and has been posting several book reviews and I think you can definitely check out his profile as well. You know, check out his swells and book reviews and I would really like to know his take on this book if he has read it or you know how he feels about this entire review

Hey there. Thank you, Ayeshani, for tagging me in this lovely review. No, I have not read this book, but this kind of subject has always intrigued me. So I am definitely gonna buy this one as soon as possible, and I am gonna read it. And yes, I really, I really find it very exciting. And it suddenly reminds me of a book which I had read. The name of the book was the pregnant king

Hey, monsie, I want to double down on what you said in terms of her role, Elizabeth's role as a sort of a model of what leadership looks like, because I don't even know if she knew she was a leader. I mean, she stepped into leadership roles, of course, but she was, she's born to be sort of a model for strength and for temperament as well. And I think that's what you brought up initially

Shockingly stable at her thoughts, at her way of living, at her way of expressing her actions, everything. Even after facing so many, like, so many setbacks. And that story feels so true, so real, because that was based in 1960s. But unfortunately, many women can say in today's time also career driven or some fields like science or like there where women are still not getting the treatment or the privilege they actually deserve
