I'm here to portray how my life has been for the past two to two and a half months. I resigned my job two and a half months back, and let's talk from that day to today. So whatever decisions you have taken, I think it's the right path. Because if I were to talk about myself, I had been in a hectic professional journey for about 60 years. And then now I took a break and I wrote a book, two years. Well, during writing that book, I always used to feel that, yeah, I was writing, but I always felt that I wasn't doing so much productive as such

I was so exhausted and there was no way I could explain that exhaustion. So of course I was under medical treatment because of all the health issues that I had developed is when I spoke to my doctor and my doctor actually explained that the exhaustion doesn't always need to be physical. It is also possible that your mind was tired. You were tired mentally because of everything that was happening and you just needed to take a break. And it's good for you that way

And also it's important to understand the importance of doing nothing. Doing nothing is sometimes extremely restorative. Just lying down on your bed for a day, doing absolutely nothing, not even using your phone, just lying down and not worrying about anything else. I think that is also a part of the healing process. At least that works for me
