Trying a new way of waking up

So I have difficulty waking up in the mornings and it's not. So I have multiple problems, one of them being, I don't wake up to alarms. It is impossible to wake me up. But recently I've been working on that. And I wake up more easily to alarms. My second problem is staying up. Now, today, I found out that there's an application called Alarmy. So A-L-A-R-M-Y. And basically it has basically an alarm, as per usual

I totally relate to this struggle. I really hate getting up in the early morning, and it's kind of unfortunate because my new job has me waking up at like, 530 each morning, which is rough, but I'm enjoying the job. So it's not been as bad

Ah, yeah. No, I definitely feel you on that just like a certain song. And like, it's a pleasant song. But then just because you listen to it every morning, when you wake up or you wake up to it, it's just so weird annoying. I feel you. But I found something else that helps a lot with me in particular. At least I don't know if it helps you

Or if I happen to be reading an e book on my phone, I'll read a few paragraphs of that. So I guess kind of similar to the math problems you're doing. And that's like the most peaceful way for me to wake up when I don't want to wake up, but it's still not fantastic. So hopefully I'll become more of a morning person over time

And when I tell myself that I want to wake up at 05:00 a.m. Or something, and I keep in mind the amount of time it takes to 05:00 a.m., for example, if I'm sleeping right now, I think, okay, it's twelve now. I need to sleep for 5 hours, and then you need to wake up at 5 hours. That works perfectly for me. I don't even need to set an alarm. I wake up before my alarm
