I wanted there to be a safe space for them to explore and understand how the unwritten rules play out and how someone who's not that well versed in not just sales and marketing, but in the basic ropes of the corporate ladder, the basic rules that govern these ropes and how to navigate them, how to navigate these challenges. And I always see a lot of books talking about lofty ideals and noble deeds, big things, big values, and I really look forward to reading those as well
