Hi Ramya. Thank you for such a wonderful intro. Winning the best author in popular choice has truly been an honor and a dream come true for me. It was an unforgettable moment, firstly because the platform Times of India and JK Papers have provided for my first book and Times of India itself being such a massive platform through which Unwind could reach more readers

Thank you so much for that. At the core of Unwind is a collection of 30 compelling stories about the mental health journeys of a diverse range of people with their own unique experiences. All the thoughts, feelings, opinions and research and lived experiences that's been shared in the book have been put together in such a well rounded, well structured way, which I really appreciated. May I know what sparked the idea for this book?

@Ramya

So Unwind is a collective effort of several writers ranging from different background, age profession which includes students, psychologists, corporate directors and even civil service officers to highlight the importance of mental health in different sectors. So this book is in a form of storytelling where short stories are based on real life events and real life unfiltered experiences of range of people talking about the importance of mental health in their lives
