What haunts me the most

article image placeholderUploaded by @Radical_4Jesus
Perhaps you've seen the video circulating on social media where the Bible is delivered to a group of people in a country where it's either not readily accessible or forbidden and these people are hugging and kissing it once it makes it into their possession. So again, I propose the question, what do they possibly know about Jesus that we don't? I mean, we must not because I'm not witnessing that type of passion or fervor. Are you sure?

What haunts me the most is knowing that there are children being brutally killed every day because they're christian. Particularly in places like Africa. There's a lot of Christians being mutilated and burned out of their home. And you say, how is this still happening? And we're in 2024. And all I can say is it's just pure hate because it doesn't make any sense. But I know God will have the final say. Bye

I could always say that I can definitely do more, you know, for the God I serve, Jesus, who's the head of my life. What haunts me the most is to not have Jesus in my life. So I'm just thankful that I have Jesus in my life, because if it wasn't for God, I would not be here today. To God, be the glory. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus

Yes. Amen. And amen. Yeah. I mean, if I didn't have Christ, or when I think about those that don't have Christ, that is very haunting. But for me, personally, I don't have to worry about that, because I do have him, and I know you do, too. But, you know, what haunts me is, do I love him enough. Enough to lay down my life for him?

I mean, we often see football field sized gatherings of young and old people alike who get swept up in this emotionalism and sensationalism. They're waving their hands in the air and they're proclaiming they love Jesus. I can't help but wonder, would they still love him? Would I still love him if I knew the cost would be my life?

The reluctance to make sacrifice for the greater good, especially for God, highlights a societal shift towards self centeredness rather than selflessness. Becoming a disciple of Christ entails more than just attending church or participating in ministries it involves a commitment to evangelize and serve others in the name of the Lord. As stewards of God's creation, Christians are called to care for his resources and serve as beacons of light in a dark world
