That's because the invisible hand of God reached down and removed this barrier himself, signifying that the old covenant was done away with and through Christ, the new covenant was established. This meant we no longer needed a high priest to pardon our sins, because Jesus perfect blood satisfied the debt we owed to God. That means if you are a born again believer, God no longer sees your sin. He sees the blood stamp of his son covering you
