A bird shot on your shoulder, you stepped in dog poop. A car drove by and splashed you with the puddle. Something happened. You're not okay. How do you show up? What are you gonna do? How are you gonna speak? What do people around you need to know about how you are on a bad day? And more importantly, what can they do or say in order to help to you deal with your bad day? Can they give you space?

All this practice that it seems to me that you are presenting here is a practice of awareness, because the skill it takes to go in and recognize where we are at any given moment to better determine what we need and how we can navigate the day. Right. It all stems from awareness. And that awareness is so key

And it goes back to this whole idea of, you don't know what you don't know until you do. And awareness begets awareness. And the more you know, the more you can decide how you want to respond, how you want to think, how you want to operate in this world and in this life from a place of congruence within yourself. What does congruence mean for you if what you're doing right now is maybe incongruent? You know?
