They don't want them to be like you so that the gap between them and you can be minimized. And they don't feel guilty because doing nothing is comfortable and standing up for yourself and making that progress which you have made is difficult. They don't want to follow that difficult process. But what they don't want, they want you to pull down. And you may not realize it
