Some of us inherit stress. Some of us create this stress. Some of us pass on distress. You get what I'm saying? So choices, the choices that we make, sometimes we make the choice to make people happy and proud. Do we have to? Once again, that's a choice. Sometimes we live a certain way because that's what everybody else is doing. That's a choice. So some people can wake up, smile, and give you a positive energy

Our influences excuse me, are the people that we hang around, the people that we grow up, the people that we want to emulate, whether that be in a good or bad way. If you grow up in a household where there might be some dysfunction, I might grow up to be dysfunctional

The thing is that we need to understand in order to get to that higher power, that higher ascension, that higher thinking, we have to understand how we are utilizing these lower vibrational experiences such as choices. I know that in religion there's a lot talked about choices and free will and good versus evil and manipulation and good team and bad team, when in all honesty, it is a massive force of a collection of energy, right?
