So it's like hey, I'll have you on standby and when I do this is the rate I will pay you when I need you. And they said that that has been quite successful to the point that those people now because they are enjoying it and enjoying that extra income is that they are starting to call them with properties and refer them to people for a real estate investing deal holes and so it works out on both ends

Hey, JL, thank you for your response. Wanted to respond to you. So I haven't quite had the time to really enter into any of the real estate groups. Just an idea that I just had. So apparently maybe a lot of people think the same way. The easiest way to do it is just by hi local people. Now, what I did for this is I just kind of did what you explained
