Swell settings any advice?

Oftentimes when I get notifications on my phone from swell, it's from a swell that occurred, like, five days ago or a week ago or maybe it's even two to three days ago. I'm wondering if there's a setting that I can adjust so that when I get a notification from swell, it's from a swell that is a little bit more recent, if that makes sense. Something that is along the lines of no later than a day old

Getting notifications of recent swells. Is this possible?

Could you add more context?

Because it's a little vague for me to kind of grasp what you're talking about exactly, because I don't think I have that particular problem in terms of when someone likes to swell and I hop on swell. It lets me know about it right away. Now, I do have my notifications turned off on the global notification scale, so I don't see swell notifications on my lock screen when I wake my phone, but see notifications once I go into swell and I tap on the bell button

@FryedOreo

Not that replies mattered, but just swell in general. So you made it today. I'll get a notification on, say, Sunday or Monday that, hey, such and such made us well, would you like to contribute to the conversation? Which is cool. But outside of actually visiting the individual swell page to see if there was a new swell posted. I don't get any updates. And I'm wondering if maybe just my settings are off or if the default method is visit their page

To clarify even further, I guess what I'm saying is I would like a notification of a Swell update in real time, and if not in real time, as early as possible, if that makes sense. I guess the example that I used, if you were to create a swell, I would like to know right away that you created as well, rather than getting that notification a week or whichever, which I don't know if a week is the exact timeline

Hopefully this can help

Funny, I actually heard a guy saying that there's not a feed like there is on Facebook, so invites are what he prefers, and I actually totally disagree, and I see he just doesn't know how to use well. But the home page, one thing you can pay attention to the stations that you're following. And the stations that you're following always are updated, so you're always able to see the newest post within those stations

Hey, Dewuan. Just getting some time to respond to this. I'm gonna try going ahead and doing that. I'm going to try adjusting my settings a little bit, and I'll try to go through that suggestions thing that you were talking about, seeing if I can find or see if it's a little bit better in regards to finding swells from people that I follow. I'll let you know how it goes. Professor 42 out

If you just tap on that, you swell see what your settings are, and you can adjust them accordingly. Additionally, like the one mentioned, please make sure you have notifications turned on for your lock screen. For that, you have to go to your Device settings for your app and turn on Notifications. Then you will get them immediately because we send the notifications out immediately
