Respond to a swell, respond to a text, respond to a phone call. Maybe there's a friend that wants to have a conversation with you that you've been holding off for. Even if you have that conversation with a friend, there's a very high chance that that conversation is not going to last that full hour

No, they were just waiting for something of their interest or a person of their interest to respond to. There are even times when people don't respond to me, but suddenly one person will make a response and everybody else is responding. Sometimes it takes one person to get other people inspired to want to say something. Even me. There have been times on posts where I listened to something, didn't really get it. But then when somebody replied, oh, it makes sense

Oh, and I also found time to get on the dating app and swipe left and swipe right. So there's always opportunity, but we choose right, we make that choice not to. And look, I just looked at the time and I realized that one of my business is peers is doing an Instagram Live. So I'm about to hop off this well and join their Instagram Live to support them. And I see I'm intentionally making the choice on things for the email
