As far as value goes, if they said that this was like 2020, $5, I would probably still buy it. Because it does provide more like a tool, you can still be somewhat productive. Obviously it's not advisable to be glued to your phone while you're driving, but there are certain things that, like navigation for GPS, you can just set your phone right by the vent that holds your phone and get directions that way
