Eqthinking to Build Resilience

article image placeholderUploaded by @Prateep
We need to say yes to certain good things for us and no to the negative no to things that are harmful, no to even thoughts that are harmful to us or our loved ones. By consistently connecting yes no to eternal values like love, joy, peace, hope we tap into the emotional and spiritual intelligence encapsulated in such values. Positive thinking, then, is lopsided thinking and EQ thinking. Corrects. The lopsidedness EQ thinking is neither optimistic nor pessimistic, but a pragmatic dialectic blend of idealism and realism

Good thoughts, Mr. Pratib. I believe in the spiritual side, so I have been through many hard and difficult patches in my life, but all was molly coddled by because of graces from God. And it did not seem very tough for me as far as taking my own life. I think a strong background in prayer is needed in daily life to overcome all these suicidal tendencies
