I am Strong but my soul is exhausted now !!

But the strong ones, they have gone through so many of their own challenges, and it can be time they reach a breaking point. But the truth is that even the strongest people need someone the most. And I see now that we all need someone who is just a little bit more stronger than we are

I know I'll soon get over this because that's what life has taught me, that there are some days that you just feel like giving up. You just feel like telling the world that you are not that strong, that you have been portraying to the world. And yes, you are weak from inside and there are limitations in you that you go through

Yes, it makes you strong to face a next problem. So I can understand you. In fact, I am blessed when somebody says something I can feel with the same intensity. I can feel the feeling with the same intensity as the opposite person. That's why probably some days back I have said I can start a confession week. Probably that's the reason. Because I am blessed somehow and somebody is saying his feelings with the very same intensity. I can feel those

So try it. Sky won't fall for everybody. I'm saying this because many have asked here in this app also to teach meditation and all. Nothing doing. Just one day. If possible, just one day. You can turn off your phone and you can read some book, go somewhere. You can do anything. Just turn off your phone, turn off your social media, turn off your WhatsApp for one day and see for yourself. This is the biggest sadhana I can recommend these days

Thank you so much Surya, first of all for listening to my swell and then sharing your wonderful knowledge with me and your comforting words. I'm truly blessed to have people like you who can actually feel what the other person is going through. And you said it right, we don't have to allow anybody or everybody to come and pour their negativity and drain us

Because there is no bigger problem than you. So there is no bigger problem than me. For my people, one person even asked for my photograph. Because when he get a problem, if he see my photo, then he can console himself. That okay. Better. My problem is better than this fellow. This fellow is a bigger problem. So please remember when I say that I am there for you, it may cause a bigger problem. I will become a bigger problem. Okay?

I hope that was comforting, and I also hope that it wasn't somebody trying to throw advice at you. So just a friend who is speaking to you from the very same place at the bottom of the barrel who's feeling the same way. So sending you lots of love hugs. And don't smile. If you don't feel like smiling, it's okay. It's okay to sit, and it's okay to also just comfort yourself. So, bye

And thank you so much for being there and sharing that you feel the same. It makes you feel that you're not alone in the world who is going through something, and you're not the only one that gives you a lot of inspiration. And I really needed these comforting words that you said at this point of time. Again, lots and lots of love and lots of immense appreciation to you and God bless you, Candy. Take care

You. Thank you once again for such overwhelming and such logical explanation that you have given about emotions. And I really like this part where you said that negativity doesn't have to be handled in, you know, in portions. There's no EMI like positivity. It grows slowly, negativity grows rapidly. And I really like this point and I've connected to this

That strong image is so much more what the society wants out of us, yet we forget to realize that it's the vulnerabilities within us that needs to be out there as well. Because without vulnerabilities, how will someone be able to fill that void in your life? You alone have not been able to do it. I alone have not been able to do it. Someone else will have to get in there, and for that, we'll have to let ourselves be vulnerable

And the fact that you're sharing all this here, I just replied to somebody on Swell and I was telling him exactly the same thing. That sometimes for me also, I cannot talk to my mom is normal, so I cannot talk to her. She was my best friend. I can't talk to my father. He has his own Ailments and his age. I don't want to trouble him. I can talk to my sister

Only request is to if you register then please show up so we can plan our days accordingly. So I look forward to see you there if you find it beneficial and spread the word as well. Let us all come together. Each one of us go through different types of traumas in our lives and bringing all of us together in one discussion is only going to help heal our inner child, help heal our soul and help us process the traumas that we have gone through

Good morning, Ash, and thank you so much for your encouraging response. Yes, you rightly said some days are harder and some days you don't feel like getting comfort the bed, but there's always a hope that there will be a better tomorrow. So I honestly feel that there's always something to be thankful for. But yes, at the same time, I have to be honest and admit that some days, yes, they are harder

And, like, I had made a swell a few weeks back where I've asked to mention that I wanted to start a support group on WhatsApp, but I really didn't know how to do that. So I think this would be a great way to get connected and start because I've always wanted to help people with mental illness because my journey has been all about this and I really want to share it with people and give them strength that it's not the end
