But finally I have. So I'll just offer you what I have learned. I would say that I have struggled with these two greatly in my past and realized that that has stemmed from the confusion that I held between boundaries and with walls. So as a child I have great closeness but the walls were the survival extinct at that point of time. I used it in an attempt to prevent too much being taken from me at once. I think perhaps you all can relate to that

We often there's a situation come where the line between being called a boundary and a wall there is a very thin line. It starts getting blurred somewhere. And what I have noticed in a lot of families between the teenagers and the parents because they build a kind of a boundary between themselves and their parents and they would not like their parents to intervene in their personal lives. They try to keep themselves confined to their own world, to their own room. They would keep a password on their mobile

That was the difference between walls and boundaries. In fact, if you have built boundaries, you will allow yourself to move forward and fall in love with that person.
