Solitude vs loneliness

It's so satisfying and it is refreshing, it renews me and in other words, it replenishes me. On the other hand, loneliness, it feels more like a punishment. And when I went into a state of loneliness, it was a negative state where I wanted to be isolated from people and I chose to be lonely. It was a kind of a punishment, a state of discontent for me and moreover, loneliness I felt was imposed to me by others but solitude was what I chose for myself

So when you're not in a position or when you don't have the experiences and the wisdom to be happy in solitude, then you will end up feeling lonely. Being alone isn't necessarily a terrible thing. Someone once told me if you are not comfortable in yourself and with yourself first, you can't be comfortable and at ease with someone else

Hi. I just heard out your podcast on being lonely and solitude. Okay. I never thought along those lines you could be lonely which you may not want to be or you desire. Solitude a different state. Yes, it's a fine line and it's a very interesting subject. Needs to be probate. Right. As I was writing my book 2040 Battle for Life which looks into the future, I could guess that more and more people are going to get lonely

Hello Pragati. This is such a deep and profound topic actually. And you know, as you mentioned, solitude and loneliness may seem like they are sound filmed, like similar to each other, but they are in fact kind of different from each other. And the way I understood this was through personal experience and this was last year when I had to shift from a work that where I was surrounded by a community. I was in a work and live community
