@Manalika Which phone are you using?

Okay, first question. You see which smartphone you are using and are you satisfied with your smartphone? That's the most basic question I should ask each and every one of them. Swell. Start with that basic question. So, which smartphone you're using? And the smart, what do you think about your smartphone? Do you think you're satisfied with it or not?

@pradeepmalar

I could have purchased an Android phone much cheaper than this particular iPhone and could have got the same quality, but I would definitely say that the camera quality is better than most of the Android phones out there

@Manalika Android or iOS?

So glad to hear that you are satisfied with your phone. I mean, just to be clear, many people are not satisfied after buying a smartphone, and that's something they should avoid. So thumbs up to you for being satisfied with the smartphone. Next question. And I was about to ask this question anyways, but you also talked about Android and iPhone. Android or Apple to be more precious. Android or iOS? Which one do you prefer better?

@pradeepmalar

I am not siding a particular Android or iPhone, but I would definitely say that at this point of time, I would definitely choose Apple people. But I would also appreciate I would also respect the choices of other people who would choose Android

@Manalika Which Android brand is better?

Of course we can't forget Google, at least I can't. So out of I think I named twelve brands. These are some of the well known smartphone brands right now in India. Which one do you think is better among these twelve brands and do let me know your thoughts and I would really appreciate thoughts on this. Out of these twelve brands, which one do you think is better in Android Market?

And apart from this one brand which I would like to talk about is One Plus. I absolutely love OnePlus. Some of my friends have this phone and it works so smoothly. And the pictures are also really good. I would definitely say the pictures can be compared with iPhone cameras pictures. It's a really good phone. I would say the top three Android brands for me would be Samsung, OnePlus and Redmi

@Manalika Do Lava and Micromax have a chance?

Okay. That's great. I mean, Samsung is doing a great job overall with their good UI, which they had a bad reputation about in I think six or seven years ago. They have fixed it a lot. So UI is really good. I agree with that. And read me using read me in the budget section. I think it's a really great option as well. I mean budget option. When the time it was launched, it crossed the marketplace

Samsung worked on the system, Samsung worked on the quality, and right now, Samsung is one of the greatest brands, as I mentioned earlier. Right? So Micromanage did not do that. And right now I think it's too late. There are a lot of mobile brands out there who have grabbed their particular seat in this mobile industry. For me, I think Lava or Micromax don't have a chance to compete

@Manalika Infinix, Tecno and Intex?

Well, swell. That's what it looks like. I mean, this should really improve. I'm just not saying because of because it's an Indian brand. It's more of increasingly competition will benefit you. That's my point. Anyways, now that we talked about big and small companies, how about really small companies, which I don't even think you might have heard, but still, I'll just take those name out

@pradeepmalar

So what my perception is, although they might be doing pretty decent, they won't be able to make a good impact in terms of the smartphone industry because there are already a lot of brands which have made a huge impact or which are most popular das compared to these brands. So there's something called trust, right? And it is not only based on smartphones. Trust is based on other things as swell, for example, beauty products or household appliances

@Manalika Chrome OS vs Windows vs MacOS vs Linux

There are four major OS in computing system right now. Computers. Chrome OS and it mostly comes in Chromebook windows mac OS and Linux. Which one do you think is better? I know it's really hard to see Linux and Chromebooks. You might have not seen anyone using them even actually Max are fair to see except they have MacBooks. But yeah. Which one do you think have potential in the future? Chromebook windows. Mac OS or Linux?

Okay? So I'm so sorry, but I really cannot talk much about this particular question. So even though I know about these operating systems, I cannot get into the technical stuff because I have no idea about it. But I can and point out some one thing. I have used MacBook, and it really works very smoothly. It doesn't lag

@Manalika Any kind of incident regarding smartphone suggestions?

Okay, so last question of the episode. Had there been any incidents where you suggested a smartphone and then they bought it, but they had had a lot of things to complain about, the smartphone. So much that they wanted they thought they could have made a really better choice. I'm asking this because I have a couple of experiences like that. Did you have any of those?
@Manalika

So yeah, they were selling mobile phone for like 1500 or like 1600, stuff like that, okay, between 1000 to 2000. And that phone was of touchscreen and I really wanted a phone that had touchscreen. So I immediately asked my parents that I want this phone, I want this phone. And my parents were like, okay, it is just for 2000 and 1500, let me just purchase it. So I got that phone and just like Micro Max, that phone didn't work

@Manalika Thank you!!

They should know that even though they are using being Indian as their way to sell smartphones. But I don't think that really works in India. Anyway, thank you Manalika for joining this conversation. I really enjoyed it and I hope you enjoyed the conversation as well. For people who listen to this whole conversation, thank you. Really. It's a really pleasure when you guys listen to ourselves

Oh, it's so funny that we kind of faced the same incident. I think earlier we did not have the option of budget phones. And if you want a smartphone, you have to pay good amount of money. But right now, there are lots of budget options which you can you get a good deal out of it because there are a lot of good phone brands which provide you budget mobile phones at a very good price. Right. So that's something which is really cool. And yeah
