A good nutrition is a natural defense against stress. Begin your day with some nutritious breakfast like some cereals, fruits, et cetera and take balance meals throughout the day. Keep your Health intact in order to keep your mental wellness well. The third one is to keep yourself active like do some exercise, meditate, yoga can be anything of what you wish and the fourth one could be interact with others. Talk to at least ten minutes a day

Hey, Punitha. So all the tips you gave were so good mental health is actually very important. And I just loved the first one. Good sleep is actually very important for a good mental health and mental meditation. I just know that meditation is so good for good mental health.
