I completely agree with your workout cause whenever I feel low, I always listen to music which actually cheers me up uplift my notes. So yeah music is a good way for your therapy. Always think that music has some powers to uplift the mood whenever I feel down. And I always look for music whenever I feel low. So yeah music is always a good way of doing having a therapy
