According to me mental wellness is something that's got to do with your mental health, your heart, your mind, your body and your soul. Once all this is free and you are ready to go for it, you've got to do what your mind and heart says. Don't listen to others. Keep yourself free from all thoughts, do meditation, do yoga, exercise yourself. Keep yourself calm, concentrated and keep moving. Others doesn't matter to you at all
